How to set up ACH bank transfer

All of our commissions payments go to your e-wallet. Your e-wallet account is created the first time a commission is paid to you by sōl people. You can see your commission payments in your Brand Partner Back Office at Business > Pay History (https://office2.solpeople.com/app.html#/PayHistory).

Once your e-wallet account has been created, you can access your e-wallet to set up ACH transfers of your e-wallet balance to your bank as follows:

  1. Log in to your e-wallet from your Brand Partner Back Office by logging into https://office2.solpeople.com 
  2. Click the "Open Wallet" link in the E-Wallet widget on the Home page.
  3. To add your banking information to your E-Wallet account:
    1. Go to Accounts > Link Accounts (https://ewallet.solpeople.com/Client/Accounts/Dashboard)
    2. Clicking the "+ Add Account" button
    3. Click "Link Bank Account" on the account creation pop-up.
    4. On the "Choose Account Type" step, select "US Domestic Account" to link a United States bank account; choose "International Account" to link a Canadian bank account
    5. On the "Account Holder Details" step, choose a "Display Name" to identify this saved bank account in your E-Wallet, then enter the bank account holder's name, birthdate, email, and address as officially listed on the bank account. 
    6. On the "Bank Details" step, provide the official name and mailing address of your bank
    7. On the "Account Details" step, select the appropriate classification for the bank account (Individual or Business), then provide your bank account number and your banks routing number
      • Note: If you are linking a Canadian bank account, you will need to provide  the 5 digit transit/branch number of the branch where you opened your account and the 3 digit financial institution/bank number of your bank.
  4. To create an ACH transfer to your linked bank account, go to Transfers > Transfer and select the account you wish to transfer from (Personal Wallet), the amount you wish to transfer, and the account to wish you would like to transfer the funds (select the bank account you just set up). Add a "Reference" note to the transfer that will be recorded on the completed transfer in Dashboard > Transactions.


ACH transfers typically take 3-5 business days to process and arrive in your bank account.
