Why did my card decline?

There are a few reasons why your card could have decline. Below are the most common reasons and how to resolve the issue! 


  • Failed PaymentInfo: Do Not Honor
    • This means that your bank is blocking the charge from processing. Please contact your bank and have them clear the charge. 
  • Failed PaymentInfo: Insufficient Funds
    • This means that the card you are using does not have enough funds or is over its limit. Please review your personal information and reattempt the transaction. 
  • Failed PaymentInfo: Kount risk identified
    • This is an internal issue on our end. Please contact support@solpeople.com and we will assist you in getting this resolved. 
  • Failed PaymentInfo: Declined - Suspected Fraud
    • This means that your bank is blocking the charge for potential fraud. Please contact your bank and have them clear the charge.
