How do I view, modify, or cancel my Subscribe and Save (autoship)?

How do I set up Subscribe and Save?

  1. Visit https://solpeople.com/
  2. Select your market (United States or Canada) from the market drop-down in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Click Shop Now link in the main navigation.
  4. Click on the product you wish to add to Subscribe and Save.
  5. Select the Subscribe and Save option on the product details page.


How do I view and/or modify my Subscribe and Save?

  1. Visit https://office2.solpeople.com/app.html#/ManageAutoship
    • Note: You may be asked to log in to your account with the email and password you created when you signed up. If this happens, click the "Subscribe and Save" link in the left-side navigation menu.
  2. If you have an active Subscribe and Save profile, you will see it on this page. The Next Run Date shows when it will be processed next. 
  3. To modify a Subscribe and Save profile, click "Edit". From the pop-up you can:
    • Change the Next Run Date via the Change Date field.
    • Change the quantity of items on your Subscribe and Save via the quantity field next to the item name.
    • Change the shipping address via the "Add Address" button 


How do I cancel my Subscribe and Save?

  1. Visit https://office2.solpeople.com/app.html#/ManageAutoship 
    • Note: You may be asked to log in to your account with the email and password you created when you signed up. If this happens, click the "Subscribe and Save" link in the left-side navigation menu.
  2. If you have an active Subscribe and Save profile, you will see it on this page.
  3. To Cancel a Subscribe and Save profile, click "Edit". From the pop up you will click "Delete" and this will cancel your order from processing again.
