If you have placed an order that you have not received, please do the following:
- Check the tracking in your backoffice! This can be found in Orders > Order History > Order Tracking Number (https://office2.solpeople.com/app.html#/OrderHistory)
- If the order is showing as "Delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact us at support@solpeople.com with the order number and tracking.
- If the order is being help by the shipper, please contact them to provide needed information.
- If the order is showing as "Returned to Sender" please contact us at support@solpeople.com and we will assist you further!
