What if I receive a damaged order?

If you receive your order and it is damaged, please submit a ticket through your backoffice or email us at support@solpeople.com and please provide the following:

  • Picture of the package (showing tracking number, label, and any damaged area)
  • Picture of all of all bottles received
  • Lot # (printed on bottom of bottle / example: 2303015B)

Once we receive your photos, our team will review them and will reach out to you via your ticket with the next steps.
