Can I make a request on behalf of another Brand Partner/Customer?

In order to make any of the following changes to an account, the request or authorization must come directly from the account holder:
  • add or modify account information (name, company, tax ID, etc.)
  • place, cancel, or otherwise modify an order or Subscribe and Save
  • change binary placement of the account holder's personally enrolled Brand Partners

Please have the account holder submit the request from the email address that we have on file for them.
