sōl people Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any sōl people purchases, you may return them to sōl people within 30 days of delivery for a refund (less shipping charges and a 15% return processing fee on the purchase price (per unit)). The first unit of each product purchased may be returned, opened/used. All other orders after the first unit must be returned in resalable condition. 


Please contact returns@solpeople.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Download and fill out the RMA form to start your return process. Send the completed RMA form and product to the address specified on the RMA form. The RMA and returned product must be received within 14 days of the RMA having been issued in order to receive a refund. Shipping charges incurred on the original purchase will not be refunded. sōl is not responsible for return shipping charges. If the purchase was made through a credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card. 


Digital Products Return Policy 

Our digital courses are non-refundable.


Annual Membership Agreement Cancelation 

Per the Terms and Conditions agreed to upon purchase, the Annual Membership Fee is non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time but there will be no refund issued for this fee. 



DEFINITION OF RESALABLE

sōl people considers resalable product as unopened, unused

with the safety seal around the cap unaltered.
